Sculpture of a young half-naked woman in an Egyptian-style pose supporting a glass shade decorated with stylized flowers. Designed by Guerbe who was the pseudonym of Pierre Le Faguays (1892-1962) after his wife Raymonde Guerbe. Very rare with gold painted hair, gold painted dress in geometric/cubist design and gold painted glass shade.

Green patina on artistic metal alloy founded in the foundry Max Le Verrier who was Le Faguays best friend. Gold painted hair, dress and glass shade on special command. Statue described in the Max Le Verrier catalogue on page 59, number 946.
